Service Description
In our willingness to come back down into our bodies, in our willingness to feel the feeling we have spent our whole life running away from - we reconnect with the felt sense of our own Being! We return back Home. Come along for this deeply relaxing Wednesday evening meditation class. Learn a simple but wonderfully effective meditation technique to reconnect you with the felt sense of your body. If you are struggling with stress and anxiety, or simply want to connect more deeply to your body, this meditation method will help you out of the busyness of your mind, and back into a connection with your body and Being. Chris holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology with a focus on Mindfulness-Based Approaches and has trained under some of the world’s most renowned and gifted meditation teachers. His approach uniquely blends Western psychological insights with Eastern mindfulness and meditation practices to foster deep and lasting transformation. As a teacher and guide, Chris has helped hundreds of individuals in both one-on-one and group settings discover peace, happiness, and a deeper connection to their bodies and themselves.
