Revealing Presence - Embodied Awakening with Judith
Judith will be holding a presence circle where we will rest in Silence, explore a guided meditation and practice some gentle awareness and body-based inquiry. Everyone is welcome.
Her work supports us to be more fully ourselves and experience genuine connection in our relationships. Somatic inquiry encourages us to gently meet layers of conditioning held within our bodies. This gentle unfolding allows to reveal a deeper ground of presence and connection inside.
Judith is a Wisdom Teacher & Somatic Psychotherapist. In 2011 her non-dual teacher Pamela Wilson invited her to share the Dharma & to hold Satsang Circles. Since then, she has been supporting others in realising & embodying their true nature through circle work, retreats & individual sessions.
