"Chris is an incredible man accompanied by equally great teachers. His course has massively improved my life where mainstream methods either had no effect or exacerbated my sense of isolation and hopelessness." -
Jack, Past Participant
"If you are thinking about taking this course, then I couldn't recommend it enough. This time last year I couldn't even sit in a room with my own mind because it was just too much. I was constantly stressed and anxious at work, even on holiday, for absolutely no reason. My mind was out of control. But since taking this course my whole world is different."
Rob - Course Participant
''The techniques I learned during the course are invaluable and have really made a positive difference to the way I feel.''

What's Included In Meditation for Beginners

Week One - Sunday 16th March 4pm-5pm
Back To The Body
This class is all about helping you shift your focus from your busy mind to the sensations in your body. It’s a simple, gentle way to feel more connected and peaceful.
In this first session, you'll try guided meditations designed to help you feel grounded and present in your body. By the end, you'll have a clear understanding of the basics of this practice and gain a helpful tool you can use throughout this 6-week course—and even beyond!
Week Two - 23rd March 4pm-5pm
Exploring the Nature of Thought
In this session, we’ll explore how thoughts naturally move through you, and that you are the space within which they come and go. You’ll come to realize that your thoughts are simply mental events passing through, not your true self. This understanding can create a profound sense of ease and inner peace.
We’ll also revisit what we learned in Week One, with more meditation practice and time for questions.

Week Three - Sun 30th March 4pm
Emotions as a tool for inner transformation
This week, we’ll learn how to use our emotions as a way to stay present and find peace. No matter how strong or uncomfortable an emotion feels, it can guide you back to a calm and joyful state of being.
Week Four - April 6th 4pm-5pm
There are no bad parts
In this class, we’ll explore a technique called “parts work,” which teaches us how to accept all aspects of ourselves, even the parts we find difficult.
You might have heard the phrase: “What you resist persists.” This means that trying to push away uncomfortable feelings often makes them stick around even more. Instead, we’ll practice accepting these feelings, which helps them ease and transform.
By learning to welcome every part of yourself, you’ll discover a new sense of peace and freedom.

Week Five - April 13th 4pm-5pm
Cultivating Inner Stillness

This week, we will focus on creating moments of deep stillness in both the mind and body. Through gentle meditative practices, you’ll explore the space between thoughts and develop a greater sense of inner calm.
We’ll practice techniques for grounding and centering, helping you tap into a quiet, steady presence that you can carry with you throughout your day. This session will also provide opportunities for reflection and discussion about how stillness can enhance your overall well-being.

Week Six - April 27th 4pm-5pm
Meditation in Everyday Life
Meditation has the power to transform your life—this is no exaggeration.

It’s more than just a practice confined to a specific time each day; the skills you cultivate during meditation can seamlessly integrate into your everyday life.

You may notice that when engaging with others, you feel more present, truly seeing and hearing them with genuine sincerity. This shift doesn’t go unnoticed—people sense your presence in a profound way, knowing you’re truly there with them.

When you walk through nature, you may feel a deep connection, as though you are an integral part of its rhythm and beauty.

You’ll find yourself becoming more courageous, willing to take risks, and expanding your life in ways you once thought impossible.

In this final week, we’ll explore how to weave the practices you’ve learned into the fabric of your daily life. You’ll begin to see the world—and your relationships—with a new level of clarity, presence, and purpose.
