Service Description
Join Emily for an invigorating Ashtanga yoga class that combines dynamic movement with breath. Suitable for all levels, this class provides a powerful workout that improves flexibility, strength, and mental focus. Get ready to transform your physical and mental well-being. Classes offered weekly. Emily enrolled in a 9-month Yoga Teacher Training with her teacher, Ian Davis, with the intention to deepen her personal practice and learn more about yoga. Emily started teaching professionally immediately after graduation and she now teaches at several yoga schools. Her professional teaching journey continues as she has trained with Tias Little, Doug Keller, John Stirk, and Bill Wood. Emily believes that yoga is very important, but does not have to be serious. Her classes focus on developing a balanced and happy body, mind, and life. During one of Emily’s flowing Vinyasa and Ashtanga classes you can expect to move, sweat, breathe, and then relax with essential oils.
